Ski Trip 2007 to Alpe d'Huez
After having discussed Ischgl in Austria (again!), the decision was made to go a French resort (again!); Alpe d'Huez. Three of us had already been there the memorable year of 2000, when ski related injuries had severly limited our number.
Being four of us since Ken decided to move to the other side of the Atlantic instead, we had plenty of space in the cosy chalet Le Cairn.
Again, we were were lucky to pick the right week regarding the snow situation. Although it melted away in a worrying speed, we never really encountered spots without snow. Clear blue skies and a warm sun most of the time, one day with strong winds, that's all.
